The Outpace Parkinson’s Retreat is a 3-day immersive experience designed specifically for people living with Parkinson’s disease. Over the course of the retreat, you will engage in evidence-based exercise, yoga, guided meditation, mindful nutrition, and lifestyle practices that support symptom management, improve mobility, and enhance overall quality of life

Participants should be able to manage their own personal care and mobility. Attending with a support person (family, friend, or caregiver) is encouraged where possible.

Refund Policy

  • Full refund will be applicable if request submitted before April 30, 2026.

  • Additionally, a $100 processing fee will be deducted.

  • No refunds will be made after April 30, 2026

He integrates evidence-based medical practice with structured exercise, yoga therapy, meditation, and lifestyle strategies to help participants improve mobility, enhance balance, and support overall quality of life.

1. The management team is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings.

2. The fee does not include travel to & from the retreat's location at which the proposed services shall be provided & this shall be the sole responsibility of the attendees.

3. Attendees must be able to manage their own personal care and mobility, as Yoga and movement form a significant portion of this retreat. Attending with a support person is encouraged, where possible.

4. The attendees are responsible for their own personal medical needs/requirements, clothing & footwear for the duration of the retreat.

5. It is the attendee's responsibility to inform the management in writing of any past, present or potential health issues that may make them unsuitable to participate in the retreat.
